Thanks to Kizu for finding this gem for me – it’s from a series, Goldfish Panic!, a series about which I sadly know -nothing-. But, this cel is my feelings about cel in a single image – joy, awe, excitement… well, everything except for the part where I pay for them. But still – what a cute and happy cel! One day I’ll have to find out what made them all so happy! 😀
